Menlo Park Campus

July 16-20, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Creative Kids Camp is an exciting new collaboration between the Worship and Children’s Departments at MPPC! The camp is designed to introduce children entering 2nd through 8th grades to various aspects of the arts in ministry. Over the course of the week, all campers will be a part of putting together a musical, and in addition will participate in various workshops throughout the week. The week culminates in a Friday night event, which will include the musical production as well as various numbers performed by the workshop participants. This camp provides the unique opportunity for your children to have fun while learning about the arts and their unique contributions to the body of Christ. They’re going to have a blast!
The 2012 summer musical is "Life School Musical." In this musical, a group of students are taught life lessons by biblical visitors to their science class. They sing songs on faith, hope,l ove, and how Jesus is the key to life. All campers will participate in the chorus, and leads and solos are cast from the larger group and must learn their lines and solos prior to camp week.
