Prayer Card Ministry
Prayer requests submitted during worship services on the Prayer Cards or Connect Cards are prayed for every week by teams of committed prayer warriors at each campus, dedicated to lifting your requests to God. All requests are confidential.
One-on-One Prayer Ministry
One-on-One Prayer is a confidential ministry that aims to welcome you as we would welcome Jesus Christ, to support you in your time of need, and to provide a safe and confidential environment for prayer support.
Churchwide Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain Ministry exists to provide prayer support for members and friends of the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. Our ministry focuses on emergency prayer requests received from our church family and friends.
Healing Prayer Ministry
Healing Prayer is based on the belief that God heals in response to prayer (James 5:14-16). Our ministry offers an opportunity for you to receive extended, personalized confidential prayer for healing - physical, emotional and spiritual. We embrace a team approach and designate a minimum of two people to pray for you and others who have come forth with prayer requests.
Mid-week Prayer for the Church
Thursdays, 6:30 a.m., Menlo Park Campus, Library
For the last 20 years, prayers of support have been lifted for the pastors, elders, deacons, and staff of MPPC on Thursday mornings. After giving thanks and praise to God for answered prayers, we ask His blessing and guidance on areas specified by church leaders. Join us and experience for yourself the power of prayer at MPPC.
5 p.m., Menlo Park Campus.
Please contact Dave Peterson for time and location. All are welcome to pray with us.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m., Menlo Park Campus, Oak Tree Nursery
Sometimes those we pray for receive a special shawl to remind them of God's love and care. You are invited every Wednesday evening to knit and pray for those in need of God's grace and healing. Contact: Margaret Greene, 650.559.0998
