H.E.L.P. Mental Health Support
H.E.L.P (Hope. Encouragement. Love. Prayer.) is a Christian support group for people coping with a mental illness and/or those in a supporting role.

Loving Yourself As You Are Loved
Learn how to apply Christ’s teachings and the scriptures to transform your negative feelings about yourself and your life situations into positive ones.  This is a four-week class we run several times a year. 

Knowing God: Moving from Head to Heart
Participate in a small group to develop a relationship with God and come to know God's love from experience. 

Widows and Widowers Grief Support
The Widow and Widower Grief Recovery class welcomes widows and widowers of all ages who have had a recent loss of a spouse or those individuals still struggling with the loss of their spouse from years past.  Our class provides a safe place for sharing experiences, understanding the grieving process, finding hope and support, and beginning our journey to recovery.

Healing for Men's Sexual Addiction
Learn about Men Pursuing Purity, our healing ministry for single and married men who long for freedom from the darkness and shame that comes with sexual sin.

Grief Support Group
Each person's pathway throughout the wilderness of grief is unique, and it is never easy. We offer five-week mutual support groups for individuals grieving the death of a loved one, meeting five consecutive Saturday afternoons. Each week we will discuss issues and conerns common to newly bereaved people. Individuals who have attended in the past are welcome to return.
