Have you ever walked by a homeless person and thought, "That could be me?" Activate your compassion by providing for practical needs, while also imparting dignity, worth, and God's love.
MPPC MINISTRY TEAMS:
Sunday Servers
Join us on Sunday mornings for fellowship and serving breakfast to residents of one of the San Mateo County homeless shelters.
City Impact
About once a quarter and on Compassion Weekend, we head up to our ministry partner in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco to prepare meals for the poor, deliver meals, or work on a project for their K-8 school.
Hearts for Homeless
This team hosts our annual Hotel de Zink shelter each November, as well as year-round weekly Bingo nights. We also work to connect the homeless of the Mid-peninsula with the physical, mental and spiritual resources to achieve stable housing
