Agape Europe is the European ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Staff worker Felix Ortiz is primarily responsible for: new staff training for all the national ministries in Europe, staff development for almost 1,000 Agape workers, developing human resources policies and procedures, leadership development, and strategic planning. Felix also represents Western Europe in the CCC Global Staff Development Network, and in the Pan Europe Task Force.
This organization serves thousands of orphans in Russia through sponsorship, camps, Ministry Centers for orphan graduates, family centers and independent living programs. Through these programs, CHC is working toward a world where every orphan has the opportunity to know God, experience the blessing of family, and acquire the skills for independent living.
DAI provides leadership training and support for churches in Belgium. Mentors and empowers nationals to show leadership in local churches. They Christian curriculum development where the goal is to reach the younger generation that have not grown up in a Church. They also provide an integrating platform between churches to facilitate collaboration.
Located in Kiev Ukraine, Ezra International seeks to inspire trust from the more than 10,000 street children in Kiev through continuing unconditional love, Bible teaching and correspondence programs, summer camps and micro-enterprises. They are finding children in their hiding places and reaching out to them and showing them the love of God in various practical ways.
This mission develops education programs for understanding and applying Biblical principles. They train Polish Christian leaders/teachers while promoting Christian values via publications. Practical help is provided for people in need through their Christian Counseling Institute. Their evangelization Mission: children, teens, women ministries, prison ministry, Christian training.
This organization’s vision is to plant evangelical churches among the major unreached cities in the former Yugoslavia (Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Macedonia) and among different unreached people groups such as the Albanians, Gypsies, Macedonians, Macedonian Muslims, Vlachs, Serbs, Montenegrans, and Pomaks. Since 1990, over 20 churches have been planted and each year one to two more are started.
Located in northern Romania in the Transylvania Mountains, Mission Transylvania has a multifaceted outreach. In 1997, Camp Harghita was established as a summer camp for the local children. As well as providing camps through out the summer, the center has a seminary, conference center and housing for visiting missionaries. Following in the manner of Camp Harghita, Camp Berge, in southwest Ukraine was established in 2006 and is in the very beginning stages of development, but held the first camps this past summer. The Mission also helps with church planting and supports 16 to 20 local pastors that serve many village and city communities within a 100 mile radius of Camp Harghita.
In 1993, Roger and Diane McMurrin were invited to begin an orchestra and chorus for musicians (KSOC--KyivSymphonyOrchestraandChorus). They started with The Messiah, and Roger, with a translator, taught the music, explained the meaning of the words, and gave Bibles to the musicians. Since then the McMurrins have used God's love through the Bible and music, and MMK now supports 500+ widows and pensioners, an orphanage (#11), graduated orphans who are learning about a real life,. a church that is growing, and the pastor, with a choir of the widows, visits prisoners to show their love. The KSOC spreads God's love in Ukraine, America, and Russia.
New Hope builds bridges to mobilize churches to win the next generation for Christ within Eastern Europe (emphasis on equipping and partnering with nationals). Countries served: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.
